The Barn House 5 star guest house is set in 1½ acres of beautiful grounds and located in village of Walkington just on the outskirts of Beverley within the heart of East Yorkshire. It’s just a few minutes from Beverley and in easy reach of the Yorkshire wolds, Hull and other great Yorkshire attractions.

Our 5 star accommodation is situated over two 5 star properties, The Barn House and The Pigeon Loft so called because that is precisely what they used to be before they were thoughtfully and imaginatively converted by the Clappison family.

Both guest houses offer a unique mix of traditional and contemporary accommodation, all with the emphasis on providing a luxurious and tranquil place for guests to stay. All our rooms are hand painted in different themes meaning all our accommodation is totally unique.

The Barn House guest house is also a perfect place for business, our personal approach is not only great for the weary business traveller but we also have our own boardroom with break-out area for conferences and meetings and other informal lounges for more relaxed meetings and away days. We are in easy reach of Beverley, Hull and the M62.
