The Barn House and Pigeon Loft Room Tariffs

Our luxury room rate is £120 per room per night, including breakfast.

You can choose from: The Raj Experience, Chambre de Provence, Out of Africa, The Eagle’s Nest, Songbirds and Water’s Edge.

We only have one standard room, Scottish Highlands, at a rate of £80 per room per night, including breakfast.  (Please note this room has use of a separate private bathroom).

Some rooms can accommodate an extra bed for children.  This incurs an additional charge of £10. Unfortunately, we do not have a travel cot, however you are welcome to bring your own and there is no surcharge for infants.

When booking direct, a deposit of £30 per room per night is required, the remainder is payable on departure.

Booking meetings, conferences or training

To book your meeting, conferences or training, please call Niki on 07984 219883 or email niki@barnhousewalkington.co.uk and she will be happy to discuss your specific needs and confirm availability.

A booking will then be considered confirmed upon receipt of an email, letter or fax.
