How to book

To book your meeting, conferences or training, please call Niki on 07984 219883 or email niki@barnhousewalkington.co.uk and she will be happy to discuss your specific needs and confirm availability.

A booking will then be considered confirmed upon receipt of an email, letter or fax.

Terms and conditions

Bookings

The final numbers attending a conference or event must be notified at least five working days prior to the event. Any reduction in numbers after this time will be charged in full.

The final number of bedrooms required must be confirmed at least 14 days prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy

If a confirmed booking is cancelled or amended a charge will be made for lost revenue. This charge is based on a sliding scale as follows:

14 days or more  25%
5 to 13 days          50%
0 to 4 days            100%

Specific circumstances, or rebooking the event at a later date may be taken into account when applying charges.
