Booking your Celebration

Celebration includes birthdays, christenings, wedding anniversaries, graduations, private dining and other such occasions.

Celebration Tariffs

Room Hire

Our room hire charge is £175.

We have three rooms for you to hold celebration events in The Breakfast Room, The Dining Room and The Lounge.

Catering

We have a variety of menus for you to choose from each priced individually per head. View our Menus

Drinks

For each booking, a non-refundable drinks tab will be charged at £10 per head for each adult guest.   Once drinks to this amount have been consumed, you can choose to extend your tab for settlement at the end of your event or have a bar paid for by guests.

Making a provisional booking

At The Barn House we offer a large selection of celebrations including birthdays, christenings, wedding anniversaries, graduations, private dining and other such occasions. If you choose to have your celebration here, please call us to check availability and if necessary make an appointment to come for a viewing. We will then put a provisional booking in the diary and discuss the details of your event.

Confirming your booking

Once you have confirmed your arrangements, we will then calculate the approximate cost of your event. 25% of the total is then required as a deposit which is non-refundable.  If you are booking more than six months in advance, prices may be subject to change.

Final details and payment

Please contact us at least 14 days prior to your event to let us know final numbers, we will then be able to confirm the final costings with you. Please note any extras on the day must be settled before departure.

The final numbers attending a celebration must be confirmed at least five working days prior to the event. Any reduction in numbers after this time will be charged in full.

If you have to cancel

In the unfortunate event of having to cancel, please call us as soon as possible to let us know.

Cancellation Policy

If a confirmed booking is cancelled or amended a charge will be made for lost revenue. This charge is based on a sliding scale as follows:

14 days or more  25%
5 to 13 days          50%
0 to 4 days            100%

Specific circumstances, reselling the room or rebooking the event at a later date will be taken into account when applying charges.
