Cancellation Policy
We take a deposit of £30 if booking direct which is not refundable except in
exceptional circumstances.
Our cancellation policy is 48 hours notice after which time full payment
will be taken.
Damages, Drinking, Smoking and Other
Please be aware that we will take a £50 deodorising and cleaning charge in
the event of anyone smoking or being sick in any of our rooms.
Damages and additional cleaning charges will be charged at the owners'
discretion.
You appreciate we are a licensed premises. If you chose to drink your own
alcohol in the communal areas please note you will be charged a corkage fee.
Possesions
Possesions are left at customer's own risk. The company does not accept
responsibility for loss or damage.
